GLOBAL INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP MODULE HAS BEEN TESTED ONCE AGAIN

The second learning and training activity of Global Innovative Leadership Module took place with participation of totally 37 participants from Turkey, Greece, Portugal and Italy between  27 November – 11 December 2016 in Patras/ Greece.

Global Innovative Leadership Module’s final version which is based on informal training methods has been revised after the pilot training activity in Istanbul by project partners in cooperation. The first version was tested with participation of totally 25 youngs from Turkey, Italy, Portugal and Greece in Istanbul on the dates between 8 – 22 July 2016.  The final training module was used during this training with contents of following submodules; Competition and Innovation, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Financial Controlling, Entreprenurship, Management and Business Organization, Data Analyze, Interpretation and Problem Solving.

Participants had chance to visit and get know real good practises; public and private incubation centers in Patras. On technical visit day, participants firstly visited Patras Science Park which is business accelarator of Patras University and secondly, they visited the first and only priavate coworking space in Patras, POS4Work. Furthermore, cultural activities took place in order to integrate participants.

Next activites will be an evaulation meeting in Portugal in January and the GILM Summit in Istanbul.
